May 22 & 23 at Nazareth Speedway, Philadelphia Region will be doing the infield security for the NASCAR Busch Series Goulds Pump 200. We need at least 60 people per day to make the event run smoothly and to this date we only have 22 signed up for both days.( just 3 weeks before the names have to be turned in to the track )

It seems to me that one of the problems that I am having is most people don’t like NASCAR so let me plead my case. I have been doing these races since 2001. The biggest reason that I do is that the people that I meet at the track are fantastic, fun and the friendliest in the world!! Ok maybe it’s the cars and the racing. Anyway. When it all comes down to it the drivers and the crew members mostly do it for the same reason that we all do. The love of speed and compitition. You cannot come any closer to being at the races than we will be. We are in the pits during Saturday practice and qualifiying and all day race day. We are on pit road during the fury of it all both days. We are in victory circle when the trophy is presented. We are everywhere!! We provide food and beverages and will explain to you what is needed for you to do.

When it all comes down to it your job is pretty darn easy and the perks are sweet. So if you love motorsports please email me what days you would like to volunteer. I have to have names addresses and phone numbers soon. The Speedway wants me to present them before May 10th so that credentials can be ready for the race weekend. The solo dates that we run at the track are given to us by Nazareth in exchange for the volunteer work that we do for there pro events.

So if you compete at Nazareth please give us a hand!! If you don’t run solo at Nazareth, please give us a hand!! 610-831-1808 if my teenagers are not on the phone!! lol give me a call. email me or walk up to me at a solo event my deadline is getting near.- Patrick Weaver (SCCA)
